In this brief guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to remove and replace the serpentine belt on an Opel Astra 1.4. First, open the engine bay of the vehicle and start by removing the intake hose and engine mount by unscrewing the fastening screws; then loosen the tensioner with a spanner, thus removing the serpentine belt from the pulleys, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new serpentine belt, ensuring it is in the correct orientation; then reassemble the engine mount and intake hose, applying the reverse procedure!
