Removing the Oil Filter on Opel Vivaro

To replace the oil filter on an Opel Vivaro, follow these steps. Lift the vehicle using a column lift, unscrew the bolt from the oil sump; let the fluid drain into a container. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the large securing bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located, then remove the worn oil filter and fit a new one. Lift the front bonnet and secure it. Finally, top up with new fluid and close the front bonnet. Replace all filters and top up all levels in the engine compartment.
