Removing the Car Radio for Multifunction Remote Installation

Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork, pry at the base of the tunnel around the gear lever to release the plastic clips and move it to access the screws securing the radio console. Remove the complete console and disconnect the necessary electrical connectors to install the kit. Prepare the two cables included with the remote kit following the attached instructions, which need to be inserted into the original connectors, with the other end connected to the kit's control unit. The control unit should be connected in series to the power cable at the input. According to the instructions attached to the kit, secure the remote inside the tunnel by removing the plastic cover on the passenger side. Refit the cover, passing the cables through the radio tunnel. Refit the radio by reversing the previous steps.
