Replacing the EGR Valve on Opel Astra

Is the EGR valve damaged? Let's see how to remove the broken part from the engine bay of an Opel Astra. Lift the front bonnet of the car and secure it. Remove the plastic cover that conceals the engine, and unscrew the tightening screws of the EGR valve as shown in the video. Once the part is removed from its seat, unscrew the screws on it with a screwdriver. Clean the EGR valve using a suitable product for cleaning mechanical parts. Once the part is refurbished, reassemble the components together. Finally, refit the EGR valve in the engine bay. Replace the EGR valve with a new one if it is not repairable.
