Is the EGR valve damaged? Let's see how the broken piece is removed from inside the engine compartment of an Opel Astra. Let's lift the front hood of the car, let's secure it. We remove the plastic cover that covers the engine, unscrew the EGR valve tightening screws as in the video. Once the piece has been disassembled from its seat, let's unscrew the screws on it with a screwdriver. We clean the EGR valve with the help of a product suitable for cleaning mechanical parts. Once the piece has been refurbished, we assemble the pieces together. Finally we reassemble the EGR valve in the engine compartment. We replace the EGR valve with a new one if not repairable.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
