Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Opel Zafira. Begin by unclipping and removing the upper engine cover, then remove the belt cover. Next, loosen the tensioner of the auxiliary belt. Once done, unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the fuel pump to its housing. This will free the fuel pump itself. At this point, you can extract and remove the fuel pump from its housing, completing the disassembly.
