Vauxhall Meriva - Video tutorial

Model: Vauxhall Meriva Meriva A, MK 1 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Radiator
Operation: Replacing the radiator on Opel Meriva

How to remove the radiator of the Opel Meriva? We lift the front hood and begin to disassemble the protective plastics (bumpers). We remove the plastic of the bumper together with the headlights after having unscrewed the clamping screws. We unscrew the screws of the plates that block the radiator in the upper part, then we lift the car on a column bridge and loosen the clamp of the water hose. We detach the various convoy sleeves of the refrigeration system. We unscrew the screws at the bottom of the front. Once free from screws and pipes, we can extract the fan kit and immediately afterwards the radiator from the engine compartment. We fix the new radiator with all the attached pieces.
