In this video tutorial, learn how to remove and clean the EGR valve on the second generation Opel Zafira with a 1.7 CDTI engine. First, open the bonnet of your car and start by removing the rubber hose located above the EGR valve; then unscrew the fixing screws of the valve duct using a socket spanner, as illustrated in the video. At this point, detach the valve and remove it for cleaning; first, disconnect the electrical part and clean the valve with a suitable degreaser, then reassemble everything!
