How to Remove the EGR Valve from the Opel Zafira?

To remove the EGR valve from the Opel Zafira, open the bonnet to access the components located within the engine bay: you will need to detach the plastic panel situated on top of the engine block to access the underlying parts. At the rear, you will locate the valve, situated between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold: by loosening the screws and disconnecting the connectors, the old valve can be removed from its housing, replaced with a new one, and then cover the engine again with the plastic panel.
