Today, follow this guide to remove the EGR valve from the Opel Zafira 1.9 CDTi for replacement or cleaning. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and begin unscrewing the securing nuts located at the top of the EGR valve; disconnect the electrical wiring to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, clean it using appropriate degreasing products or replace the EGR valve if damaged; then reassemble it in the correct order, following the video tutorial to the end!
