How to Replace the Rear Brake Pads on an Opel Meriva

Before you can start, lift the rear of your Opel Meriva. Begin by unscrewing and removing the bolts securing the rear wheel, then remove the wheel itself. Next, unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the brake caliper to the disc, then move it slightly away. After that, push the pistons back into the caliper using a flathead screwdriver. At this point, unclip and remove the front brake pads, and the disassembly will be complete. To fit the new rear brake pads on your Opel Meriva, simply follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
