How to Replace the Seat Cable on the Opel Astra G MK4

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the cable or strap for tilting the front seat on the Opel Astra G Mk4. In this case, you will perform the operation with the seat removed; first, remove the rear cover of the seat to access the strap and the inside of the handle, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the airbag electrical cable located on the side by removing it; then dismantle the handle. Now you can detach the metal cable from the handle and replace it with the new one, following the video until the end!
