In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the cable or strap for tilting the front seat on the Opel Astra G Mk4. In this case, you will perform the operation with the seat removed; first, remove the rear cover of the seat to access the strap and the inside of the handle, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the airbag electrical cable located on the side by removing it; then dismantle the handle.

Now you can detach the metal cable from the handle and replace it with the new one, following the video until the end!

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
