In this guide we will see how to replace the remote control battery of an Opel Grandland X. To begin we must open the key mechanism by pressing the appropriate button. Once opened, we pry into the slot where the key was housed and extract the plastic cover on the side of the remote opposite to that of the buttons, under the Opel brand. Once this is done, with the help of a screwdriver we extract the old CR2032 battery and insert the new one, with the negative pole down and the positive pole towards us. At this point all that remains is to reposition the plastic cover and make it enter correctly with a slight pressure.
