Replacing Camshaft Oil Seal

The camshaft oil seal is also included in the gasket kit; before inserting it, it must be generously lubricated using clean engine oil. At this point, align the oil seal with its housing, ensuring it enters perfectly perpendicular, avoiding any tilting that could cause deformation during insertion, which would obviously compromise the seal. Once the oil seal replacement is complete, fit the toothed pulley, tightening the respective fixing pins with a torque wrench and ensuring to align the timing references before installing the timing belt.
