To manually reset the engine oil light on your Opel Astra J (2009-2016), simply follow the instructions found in this new mini guide dedicated to you. First, enter the cabin and reach the driver's seat. Next, turn on the instrument cluster and press the "Menu" button several times located in the centre of the left steering lever.

Then, find the option related to the remaining life of the engine oil and press and hold the "Set/Clr" button. Release it when prompted to continue with the reset and finally select "Yes".
