To access the secret menu on the Opel Zafira, turn on the car stereo. Press and hold the "settings" button until you hear a "beep", indicating that the menu is activated. From the "bc" button at the top left, scroll through the options. HW indicates the vehicle's production year, SW is the type of software installed, DD is unknown, Dimm shows the dashboard brightness percentage, adjustable with the button to the left of the steering wheel; LCD indicates the LCD temperature and battery voltage; RDS is a radio parameter; 94 is the engine coolant temperature; average consumption in miles per gallon and then in kilometres per litre. It shows instantaneous, average, and average since the vehicle was turned on. There are also several parameters that the YouTuber did not decode. If you turn off the car without resetting this menu, it activates a parasitic battery drain, and you may find it flat within 2 to 3 days even without use. Therefore, before turning off the vehicle, ensure this menu is no longer active by simply turning off, turning back on, and pressing the "bc" button multiple times to verify that the secret menu is inactive.
