How to Remove the Airbag from the Opel Astra?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove the airbag from the Opel Astra H, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, as accidental airbag deployment could be very dangerous. Once this is secured, go inside the cabin, locate the two holes at the bottom of the steering wheel cover, and insert a long screwdriver into them. Once the internal clips are released, you can grasp the airbag, pull it out from the steering wheel, and disconnect the two rear power connectors.
