A Damaged ECU on an Opel Insignia: Error Code 68

In this video, we see an Opel Insignia displaying error code 68 on the instrument cluster, which caused a complete loss of communication between the ECU and the engine. The ECU was indeed damaged. Being located right next to the engine, it can happen that excessive heat can damage it, and anything that can come from the ground is certainly not good for electronic equipment. The problem was damaged soldering and some broken pins, so we had to reconstruct where they were missing and re-solder the equipment where it had been damaged; naturally, we also had to check the wiring, which in a couple of cases was interrupted.

How to Bleed the Clutch on a Renault Clio?

To bleed the clutch on a Renault Clio, open the bonnet to access the components located in the engine bay: here, you will need to undo the screws that secure the battery in its housing, the intake manifold, and the coolant reservoir. This will allow you to locate the pipe through which the brake fluid flows: by inserting the other end of the pipe into a container, you can press the clutch pedal to expel all the fluid until it fills the container.
