Where is the EGR Valve Located in the Opel Astra?

In this video, you will see where the EGR valve is located in the Opel Astra and how to proceed if you need to remove it, for example, to clean or replace it directly. As shown, the valve is positioned on the left side of the engine, just behind the oil filter housing. To remove it, ensure the engine is cool enough, then open the bonnet and disconnect all the indicated connectors and hoses. Next, undo the fastening bolts of the valve, separate it from the engine, and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
