In this tutorial, see how to replace the gear knob in an Opel Astra, a very simple and quick operation. First, go inside the cabin, then using a plastic spatula to avoid leaving any marks, unclip the base of the gaiter from the centre tunnel.

Next, detach the blue plastic ring using a flat-head screwdriver, grip the knob, and pull it upwards to separate it from the shaft. At this point, position the replacement and fit it by simply following the reverse procedure.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
