Removing the original radio from an Opel Astra K is a simple task that can be completed with the help of our video tutorial and written guide. Start by removing the side panels of the dashboard using a prying tool.

Similarly, remove the trim. Proceed by unscrewing the two side Torx screws, then extract the radio from its housing, taking care not to damage the connector.

Disconnect the connector, and you can then carry out the necessary checks and maintenance. Once finished, to reinstall the radio, follow the same steps in reverse.
