Eco Mode on the Peugeot 206 cannot be disabled by following a procedure that involves using the buttons under the central display on the dashboard. To deactivate this mode, open the bonnet to access the engine bay. You will need to open the fuse box located next to the battery, near the left front headlamp.

Once opened, disconnect the connector at the top of the box shown in the video and leave it disconnected for a few minutes. After this interval, reconnect it, and you will find that Eco Mode has been disabled.
