To ensure the efficiency of the filter that prevents dust from entering the air conditioning system of the Peugeot 508, you must replace the filter element every 9,320 miles or within a year. To do this, sit in the driver's seat, remove the clip at the end of the centre tunnel near the pedals, take off the panel, and you will find the cover of the filter box. Open it and remove the old filter.

Replace it with a new one, ensuring the correct orientation, close the cover, replace the panel, and reinsert the plastic clip.
