How does Drive Assist Plus work on the Peugeot 5008?

This video illustrates how the Drive Assist Control works on the Peugeot 5008, which maintains the speed of our car at a value that we have defined ourselves, keeping a safe distance from the vehicle in front of us, and automatically managing acceleration and deceleration of the car, as well as managing full braking until restart. We must press the button located at the bottom left of the control panel to the left of the steering wheel, until the cruise control mode is displayed on the instrument panel; the door must be closed and the driver's seat belt must be fastened, mode D selected, parking brake released, and the icon will turn green; we set the speed, which is subject to that of the road signs. The cruise control can be temporarily paused, and resumed after a sudden braking. The distance from the vehicle in front of us can be set with the button on the right. The system also keeps the car in the center of the lane. Managing the system is comprehensive but not the easiest to handle, and requires some practice.
