Confirming this will erase Bluetooth pairings, radio preferences, and profile configuration. Many bugs can be resolved with firmware updates by going to: settings/software updates; or through the "myPeugeot" app; and of course at the dealership. Using an OBD2 scanner, we might find an error like UO100, which requires a professional reset. Naturally, we cannot rule out hardware issues either.
