How to fix the problem of the Peugeot 2008 window lifter that has lost its memory

In this video, we are first shown the problem: the window lifter of the Peugeot 2008 has lost the memorization of the upper and lower stops. In this case, it concerns the rear window on the driver's side, but of course the system does not change for any window that is being treated. This is a problem related to anti-pinch: this is a safety system present in cars, which prevents an electric window from crushing objects or body parts when closing. This problem concerns both the general panel located on the driver's side and the specific one of the window in question. We will therefore need to reset the end stop point: we lower the window by holding down the button for ten seconds; we raise it to the top, and then hold down the button again for ten seconds. This will memorize the lower and upper stops. We do a test, and it works.
