How to change the spark plugs on the gasoline engine of a Peugeot 301.

Let's see how to change the spark plugs on a petrol Peugeot 301 (engine code EB2): we start by disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery, then we locate the ignition coils; we disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the coils without pulling the wires. We clean the area around each spark plug well to prevent dirt from falling into the cylinder and unscrew the spark plugs with the extension wrench, then we extract them. We insert the new spark plug with an extension and screw it in very carefully to avoid cross-threading, then we use the wrench for the final tightening. We repeat this on the other two and then reassemble the coils, to which we will have applied a light layer of silicone dielectric grease; we reinsert them and secure them with their three screws. We reconnect the connectors, reconnect the negative terminal of the battery, and start the engine.
