How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Peugeot 2008

Let's see how to reset the maintenance light on a Peugeot 2008: the vehicle must be off and the key removed from the ignition. On the instrument panel, locate the reset button. This is a small button located at the end of the horn lever (which is the stalk on the left side of the steering wheel). Depending on the version, it may also be found on the dashboard, near the speedometer. Press and hold this button, and without releasing it, press the ignition button to turn on the dashboard; a countdown will begin on the instrument panel starting from 10 and a message "reset in progress" will appear. When it reaches zero, you can release the button: the operation is complete.
