How to Reset the Service Light on a Peugeot 408

The selected video shows how to reset the service light on a Peugeot 408. With the vehicle stationary and doors closed, locate the trip button on the instrument cluster. Press and hold the button, and without releasing it, press the start/stop button once without pressing the brake or clutch, so that only the ignition comes on. You will see a countdown from 10 to 0 on the display. Keep holding the trip button until the countdown ends, then release it. Turn off and turn on the ignition to check that the service light has disappeared.
