Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Peugeot 206 MK 1 - Years 1998-2012

Remove the plastic cover and open the oil filler cap (this will aid drainage); take off the plastic protection from under the engine and place a container to collect the used oil: then unscrew the drain plug located behind the oil sump; once the oil has drained, refit the plug with a new copper washer; the oil filter is located under the fuel filter and requires a metal strap wrench to unscrew it; screw on the new filter after applying a little oil to the gasket and without exceeding the specified torque; finally, fill the engine with new oil until the maximum level is reached.
