This guide shows how to correctly change the oil filter of your car. To carry out this replacement, lift your car off the ground with a jack. The engine must be completely cold, and you will need a container to drain the oil from the engine completely.

Then, use a chain wrench to unscrew the filter and proceed to remove it. Refer to the vehicle registration document to identify the correct filter to purchase for your car. You can then lubricate the seal of the new filter on the part that will contact the engine and fit it, tightening it firmly.
