To replace the diesel filter of a Peugeot 308 car, you must first open the engine compartment and then secure the bonnet in a safe position using the special rod. At this point, as we are shown, we remove the suction cover, and then we detach the duct and the tube that carries the air. We continue by removing the duct from the filter to the engine turbine. Once the components mentioned above have been removed, it is advisable to insert a piece of paper in the suction hole of the turbine to prevent anything from getting inside. Now we have access to the diesel filter and to remove it we must first of all disconnect it from the access to the diesel fuel itself: press the plug on the side and then remove it; we also detach the pressure hose connected behind the filter. At this point we can extract the filter and proceed with its replacement.
