Repairing Brake Pedal Switch

The brake pedal switch is located just above the brake lever. To access it, remove the plastic cover directly above the pedal assembly, disconnect the socket, and unclip it from its housing.

Once removed, you can test its functionality with a multimeter by connecting the probes to the two contacts and checking for continuity while pressing the button. If it does not work, before replacing it, you can attempt to repair it by opening it and thoroughly cleaning the contacts with a file and possibly some contact cleaner spray.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
