You can reset the ECU and the electronic components by disconnecting the battery; first, open the bonnet and disconnect the positive terminal of the battery, as shown in the video. Now, wait a few minutes for the ECU to reset; then reconnect the positive terminal and get inside the vehicle, turning on the instrument panel and checking the operation of the radio!
