How to Replace the Battery in a Peugeot 208

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the battery in a Peugeot 208 by following some simple steps: the first thing to do is get into the vehicle, turn off the car, and pull the handbrake; pull the bonnet release lever and lift the bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Use a 10 mm spanner to unscrew the negative terminal, then unscrew the positive terminal of the battery (position the cables so they do not touch each other). Before removing the battery, you will also need to remove the control unit (simply slide it out of its seat and place it aside, or secure it with a cable to the body to avoid damaging the contacts). Remove the clip that holds the battery in place, moving the tab towards the battery so the clip can be pulled upwards. Remove the old battery and replace it with the new one, connecting the positive cable first and then the negative.
