How to replace the battery of a Peugeot 208? This video explains how to disassemble the battery. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood (releasing the lock lever with your fingers). Once the engine compartment is open; we will find on the right the battery to be replaced. We begin to unscrew the locking pins of the battery terminals with a special key, disconnect the lock plate of the same (if present). We remove the old battery and mount a new one, tighten the power supply terminals. We close the battery compartment and close the engine hood.
