How to remove the pump that controls the sunroof of a Peugeot 206 cc, to overhaul it. We must first open the trunk and remove the two pressure screws in the upholstery, which we can now open. Down there is the pump that controls the movement of the hood. We remove the connectors, and extract the pump, which is inside a case. Once the case is removed, we open the pump and remove the top and side connectors, many of which are not push-fit but must be removed with a key. At this point we have removed the pump which we can easily overhaul. Almost certainly it will only be used oil, which we can easily change.
