How to replace the alternator on the Peugeot 206?

To replace the alternator on the Peugeot 206, open the bonnet and gain access to the engine compartment: once the plastic cover of the engine block has been removed, you will be able to access the left side pulley, which regulates the movement of the alternator. By loosening the central nut of this pulley and removing it, you will gain access to the alternator, which can be removed by undoing the screws securing it to its supports. After the old alternator has been removed, you can insert the new one, securing it properly and repositioning the pulley.
