Is the alternator on your Peugeot 206 damaged? Let's see how to remove the alternator from the designated area. Lift the bonnet and secure it, locate the battery, and undo the securing bolts of the terminals. Use a socket spanner to remove the pins, being careful not to damage the wiring harness, then undo all the securing bolts of the alternator. Once disassembly is complete, remove the unit from the engine bay. Raise the car to remove the alternator from underneath. Install the new alternator in the designated area, tighten the securing bolts, and refit the drive belt.
