To remove the rear light of the Peugeot 308, open the tailgate to detach the plastic panel inside the boot corresponding to the light to be removed. Once this panel is removed, access the underlying knobs, which must be unscrewed and completely removed to pull the light from its housing. After disconnecting the connectors, you can completely remove the light and connect and secure the new one with the appropriate screws.
