Resetting the Service Light on a Peugeot 206

When it's time to change the engine oil in a Peugeot 206, a warning appears on the instrument panel to remind you. After completing the necessary tasks, you need to reset the control system. Sit in the driver's seat and press and hold the button located below the temperature gauge and the odometer. Turn the key to switch on the instrument panel; a countdown from ten to zero will start on the small display. Once it finishes, release the button and switch off the ignition. Upon the next restart, check that the reset has been successful.
