If the casing of your Peugeot 306 key needs replacing, the procedure is not complicated. First, remove the small screw located on the top of the key where the vehicle logo is. At this point, you will have opened the casing and can remove both the metal key and the electronic components.

Take the new casing and first transfer the electronic board, then the metal key. Secure the metal key by tightening it with a small screwdriver, and finish by closing the casing.
