How to Reset the "Service" Light on a Peugeot 508?

To reset the "Service" light on a Peugeot 508, sit in the driver's seat and ensure the engine is off. Press and hold the button on the left side of the instrument cluster. While continuing to hold the button, turn on the ignition without starting the engine.

Keep the button pressed for about 10 seconds. During this time, you will see a countdown on the instrument cluster display.

When the countdown finishes, the "Service" light should turn off, indicating that the reset has been successfully completed. Release the button and turn off the ignition.

Restart the engine to check that the "Service" light has indeed been reset. If the procedure was performed correctly, the light should remain off.
