- Years 2006-2015 Loosen the wheel nuts and lift the car to secure it. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel. Unscrew the two screws holding the caliper with a wrench a and move it away. Remove the caliper holder bolts and take it off. Unscrew the disk screws and forcefully remove it from its seat. Clean the entire braking unit from encrustations with a grinder. Reassemble the new disk and clean it. Also thoroughly clean the caliper, piston and caliper holder. Refit the caliper support. Fit the new pads paying attention to the direction of rotation. Check the wear of the stops and piston. Grease the fixing pins and reposition the piston making sure it works properly. Carefully reassemble the caliper and springs. Make sure that the pads adhere perfectly to the disc. Re-establish the position of the pistons by acting on the brake pedal.
