Porsche 911 - Video tutorial

Model: Porsche 911 996 - Years 1997-2005
Part: Radiator
Operation: Radiator cleaning with bumper removal

Start removing the parking lights with the aid of a plastic tool. With long nose pliers, start removing all the plastic blocks. The dowels must be grabbed by the head and gently extracted so as not to damage them and thus be able to reuse them. Remove the hood hook protective top cover to access additional latches. Once the bumper has been removed, unscrew the screws of the plastic cover that conveys the air inside the radiator and remove it gently in order to avoid breakage. Unscrew the radiator sealing screws and, paying attention to the rigid pipes connected to it, move the radiator up to tilt it forward. The interior can now be cleaned.
