How to Remove the Front Bumper on a Porsche 911

Despite the level of technology and complexity of this vehicle, many disassembly operations are quite simple, such as removing the front bumper. Start by opening the front hood and removing the black plastic trim covering the closure line to access the first bumper fastening pins. Then, remove the headlights to disconnect the power connectors for the LED daytime running lights. Next, remove the fastening clips from the front wheel arch liners to access the pins that secure the bumper edge to the fender. Finally, unscrew the screws along the lower trim of the bumper to complete the removal.
