As you can see in this tutorial, changing the engine oil in a Porsche 911 is an extremely simple and quick task. First, wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently, then open the trunk and remove the filler cap. Next, go underneath the engine, locate the drain plug bolt, and remove it using a 8mm hex wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, then remove the filter housing with a 36mm socket wrench and proceed with its replacement. At this point, just reassemble everything and add the necessary amount of oil through the designated hole.
