To remove the steering wheel airbag from a Porsche Cayenne, turn the steering wheel to locate the hole directly behind the center spoke of the steering wheel: inside this hole, there will be a retaining clip that must be released using an object like a screwdriver. Once the internal retaining clip is released, you will notice that the airbag will come out of its housing, allowing you to disconnect its connectors. At this point, you can connect the new replacement part, securing it in its place.
