In order to replace the caps on the block of the Dodge RAM 1500 you have to go and lift the car via a bridge, so that you can access the lower components of the engine compartment. Here it will be necessary to disconnect the bolts and connectors that secure the diesel filter; in this way it will be possible to access the caps, which must be removed from their housing using pliers. When the old caps have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new spare parts and then you can also install the diesel filter, fixing it with the bolts and connecting it again.
