The first thing to do when this light comes on will be to change the engine oil and filter (You will need to change the oil every 10,000 miles). Subsequently, after performing the do-it-yourself service, get on board your car and put the handbrake; use the buttons on the steering wheel to scroll through the navigation menu until you find the item: "VHEICLE OIL LIFE", then hold down the button and then select "Confirm" and select "OK". Reset performed.
