How to Replace the Key Battery of the Ram 1500

The smart key of the new Ram 1500 is less compact and minimal compared to other brands, but fortunately, this does not negatively affect the ease of replacing the battery inside. First, remove the physical emergency key by pressing the small button located on the back of the cover. Next, remove the cover by applying slight force with a flathead screwdriver. At this point, simply remove the dead battery and replace it with a new compatible one. Finally, correctly reposition the back cover and the physical key.
